THAP's 5508 Entrepreneurs Hub (EH) is the home of THAP's Business Incubator (BI) and Capital Readiness Accelerator (CRA) Programs. The Entrepreneurs Hub provides a daily, weekly, and monthly coworking space, private podcast or video recording room, leasable cubicles, a virtual business address, event space, and more.
Synergy Health Centers, Inc. (SHC) provides affordable healthcare access for HIV/STD prevention and care. Synergy exists for healthier families, a stronger workface, and thriving community. We provide Prevention, Care, Wellness, and Community Health Access Programs for ages 13 plus.
Coastal Bay Properties, Inc. (CBP) is an essential part of THAP's ecosystem. CBP believes that housing is more than a place to live. It’s peace of mind, a fresh start, and a pathway to closing the wealth gap for families and future generations.
